I'm Aalia. I studied International Business at the University of California San Diego, building a foundation in global markets, cross-cultural communication, and how companies grow across borders.
Since graduating, I've worked directly with customers. As a Digital Navigator I supported 1,000+ clients, and as a Care Coordinator I now run live coverage for 100+ caregivers in WellSky CRM.
I've also earned three certifications in the tools revenue teams use today: Salesforce and HubSpot. Apollo, Outreach, and Zapier are already part of how I work.
Next, I'm building toward a business development or sales role with a global tilt, somewhere I can grow with the company.
I chose International Business on purpose. I'm wired to think across markets, currencies, and cultures, and I'm genuinely curious about the Middle East as an emerging revenue frontier.
Most early-career hires need training on Salesforce and HubSpot. I arrive with both certifications, plus live experience using WellSky in a high-volume operational role.
Managing 50+ calls a shift, last-minute call-offs, and 100+ caregivers taught me how to stay calm, prioritize fast, and keep relationships intact when something is on fire.
Apollo, Outreach, Zapier: modern sales tooling is already part of how I work. New tools don't slow me down. They're the part of the job I enjoy.
UC San Diego, B.S. International Business. I chose the major intentionally. Markets are getting more global, not less, and I wanted to be ready to operate across them from day one.
From Digital Navigator to Care Coordinator, I've spent years in front of real people with real problems. That's where I learned that systems and empathy aren't opposites. The best operators do both.
Three certifications in hand, live CRM experience on the résumé, and a clear next chapter: business development or sales, ideally with a global tilt, including the Middle East.
Best time to reach me is mornings PST. I aim to respond to recruiters and warm intros within 24 hours.
